1. When can I return the product?
We offer easy returns policy which allows you to return products purchased from us.
Sunglasses purchased in the last 14 days can be returned/exchanged
For Damage Products - Raise the Request within 24hrs on our Return Center or Email us on customersupport@eyewearlab.com
Prescription Eyeglasses/Sunglasses Once Made cannot be Refunded
2. How does it work ?
You have two options when you wish to return the product:
- Easy Refund in your Eyewearlabs Wallet
-Exchange the product with another product of your choice.
3.How to apply for a refund/exchange?
- Fill the return form or email us on customersupport@eyewearlab.com
- We will get the product picked up.
-Once we receive the product, our team would perform a quality inspection of the returned product and issue a refund in your Eyewearlabs Wallet or initiate the exchange.
-Only in cases where the product is in its original condition, we issue Store Credits which you could use against your next purchase.
-No Return Courier Charges will be bared by Eyewearlabs.
